Erick has over 20 years of sales and branch management experience. He has 8 years of recruiting experience and a BBA in Finance from the University of Toledo. Erick started in sales in the mortgage industry prior to moving to recruiting.
Caro joined ITS in 2016 when ITS opened its first international office in Leon, Mexico. Caro has over 25 years working in Human Resources as a business partner, human resource representative, and human resource manager. Caro has spent the last five years directly working in an RPO as a staffing consultant and recruiter.
