Integrated Talent Strategies was founded in 1984 with the goal of being the one-stop employment solution for clients looking to hire the best people, and for job seekers looking for outstanding opportunities.
Our roots stem from staffing and recruiting in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, and we’ve since branched out to a variety of other fields, including accounting, administrative, HR, healthcare, and more. Our team has spent the past four decades providing world-class technical and professional staffing and consulting services to our clients and helping to empower job seekers and assist them in growing their careers. Today, ITS is a full-service firm offering a suite of tailored service solutions that includes contract staffing, contract-to-direct, direct hire, executive search, RPO, and payrolling.
As we look ahead to the next 40 years, the ITS team is excited to maintain and develop close relationships with our existing client partners – and make new ones.
